Usage Instructions:

• Select the entity type first, then select the educational stage for school entities.
• Select the duty start; the start and end allowance periods will appear automatically. For Ministry Diwan & Educational Zones, select gender (Male/Female).
• Enter the attendance fingerprint exactly as recorded. The calculator automatically applies the official schedule and allowance rules to calculate early attendance, lateness, presence and departure. If you have a permission, enable “Calculate duty with permission” and add the required permission(s).
• Press “Calculate Presence & Departure Time” to display the presence window, expected duty end, lateness, permission details, and monthly balance when applicable.
